The end of the 2018 Home and Away AFL Football Season is drawing closer. There is only one more round of home and away matches to be played. There were some interesting results and close finishes in last weekends round 22.

The Geelong Cats thrashed the Fremantle Dockers who appeared to have little incentive to play a good game as they are out of the Finals race. StKilda on the other hand played strong footy to almost defeat the 2018 Flag contenders the Hawks.

The Sydney Swans have appeared in the last twenty finals series singling them out as a spectacularly successful AFL Club. With the advent of televised games, and games played at various times of the day and night it was inevitable that a variation on the humble football jumper, jersey, guernsey became necessary.
